and organizes your social engagement.
Upon joining CrowdUltra, upload a profile picture and create your profile.

The background color of your profile page can also be changed here.
Channels & Events
Channels:
Select the Channels option on the CrowdUltra main menu. A Host should create Channels for any occasion they are involved in. This increases connection, engagement, and awareness.
Channels are created using the Add Channel button. When creating a Channel, the Host enters a Channel Name, Channel Description, Channel Type, Channel Image, up to
5 relevant website URLs, and Event Guidelines.
Every Channel can include up to five Co-Hosts. They can be invited when adding a Channel or through editing the Channel.
To add a Co-Host, enter the email address that is tied to their CrowdUltra Host account. Co-hosts are then sent an
invitation to the Channel. Once they accept the invitation, they become a Co-Host, and the Channel is added to their list
of Channels. From here, the Co-Host has all the abilities the Host does. The original Host does have the ability to remove
the Co-Host’s access.
You can add additional Channel information including whatever you would like with endless customizability through our Rich-Text/HTML
editor or by embedding webpage links for the Channel and merchandise or ticketing.
Events:
Events for all your Channels are displayed by selecting Events on the top menu. Events are displayed in both a calendar
and list format. The Events in the calendar are blue if they are public and red if they are private requiring a PIN Access Code. You can
hover over the Event on the calendar to see information about the Event, click on the numeric day to view all Events that day, and click on the Event to enter the Event. The Event List below the
calendar is organized by Upcoming Events, Active Events, Past Events, and Archived Events.
A Host can create and schedule Events for any of their Channels. Events are added by going to Events on the top menu or the list of Events for a specific
Channel and then clicking the Add Event button. You can also copy a prior Event to save time by clicking the Copy Event button.
Events can be created in advance, the day of, or even after it occurs. Events can be for one specific day or multiple days up to a week. Events
can be made private with a defined pin so only a select group can participate. Each Event has information including an image, location, date
and time, and description. Channel Guidelines (if previously included) can be changed for this specific Event by changing the Event Guidelines.
You can select the Profanity Filter so that CrowdUltra automatically prevents profane language.
Include Guests/Speakers for any Event. Including them spreads awareness to their followers and enables them to be asked questions or tagged in
posts organized within their own dedicated list. If the Guest/Speaker already has a CrowdUltra Host Account linked to the email address entered,
they will be invited to accept the Event from their own list of Events. If they do not have an account, they will be sent an email with a link and
login pin.
Each Event can have additional information including whatever you would like with endless customizability through our Rich-Text/HTML editor or by
embedding webpage links for the Event and merchandise/ticketing.
Hosts can record video to Dropbox, broadcast a livestream on YouTube, or embed recorded video within any Event.
Crowd Members can view the livestream or embedded video within the Event.
Note: Hosts can create events without event engagement for free. Hosts can create events without event engagement and VIP or Ticketing enabled for free. Hosts can create events with event engagement
without VIP or Ticketing for as low as $5.00 per event. CrowdUltra offers
Order options for various Crowd sizes as well as for single Events, weekly Events, or a monthly subscription for unlimited Events.
This requires a Credit Card to be on file. CrowdUltra uses the Braintree Payment Processing System to enable you
to use any Credit Card safely. This is done from the Order Information option on the My Account tab on the Host
CrowdUltra screen.

can be used for all Channels. No other purchase is necessary.
The One Week - Unlimited option is offered for gatherings like conferences, conventions, or festivals where there may be
multiple Events in a few days but only occasionally.
Participants reflect the number of Crowd Members who follow your Event on CrowdUltra, not the total number of attendees
or listeners of the occasion. Monthly Subscription Participant levels may be adjusted at any time.
