Create Events for any aspect of the show. Add Events for each episode, live event, post-show, tell all, after show, recap, or reunion. Events enable organized engagement
surrounding the specific occasion, establish an organized location to provide robust information, assist with spreading awareness, and allow the Crowd to stay on top of
Each Event has information including an image, location, date and time, and description. This allows viewers to stay on top of every upcoming show like a TV Guide, provided
in a list and calendar format. You can enable Event Engagement in several different forms. Events can be made private with a defined pin so only a select group can participate. For Events where
attendees are mostly minors, this is a great option to ensure their safety.
Each Event can have additional information including whatever you would like with endless customization through our Rich-Text/HTML editor or by embedding webpages for the
Event and viewing/merchandise. Event info can also be reposted to the feed as a feed announcement. This provides notice regarding the Event to your Crowd and allows them to also repost
the feed announcement increasing the level of visibility.
Hosts can record video to Dropbox, broadcast a livestream on YouTube, or embed recorded video within any Event. Crowd Members can view the embedded video/livestream from the
list of questions or posts as they engage.
Include everyone on the show involved in the Event. Including them spreads awareness to their followers and enables them to be asked questions or
tagged in posts organized within their own dedicated list. If they already have a CrowdUltra Host Account linked to the email address entered,
they will be invited to accept the Event from their own list of Events. If they do not have an account, they will be sent an email with a link and login pin
If viewers have yet to join CrowdUltra, they can join to engage in seconds using our Quick Join feature. A Quick Join Link and ID are provided for every Event that can be
shared and used to sign up with. Members of the Crowd can also see who they follow that is a viewer, to connect with them regarding the show.
Every Channel and Event has a chat for all crowd members, Host(s), and speaker(s)/guest(s) to text message one another. Channel/Event chats enable organized
communication centered around the specific Channel or Event, strengthening connection and increasing engagement while never getting in the way of Event or daily
Feed engagement. Crowd members can also create their own personal group chats with other crowd members for every Channel and Event, allowing for personalized
chatting among friends surrounding the Channel or Event.
Allow users to easily post, share, and connect surrounding the show. Creating an organized
environment for your whole Crowd to engage sparks interaction, increasing the effectiveness of social engagement and connection surrounding the Event.
Enable Event Posts before, during, after, or some combination of the three. Each Crowd participant can publish Event Posts free. Hosts can allow the Crowd to post audio,
video, images, links, YouTube/Vimeo videos, or written Posts. Posts can be published in anonymous format if allowed by the Host. This augments the experience allowing the Crowd
to share their opinion and interesting things, be creative, have fun, as well as inform and help others.
Event Posts are displayed in an ordered list from highest to lowest rank based on Crowd voting. Every Post can be responded to by Hosts and show members. They can respond
with audio, video, images, links, YouTube/Vimeo videos, or in written format. Posts can also be highlighted to spotlight to the Crowd as a whole or dismissed and removed
from the list.
Conducting Q&A can provide immense value and be an essential part of the show. Common outlets that are used such as Twitter are also limited when compared to CrowdUltra.
Questions are displayed in an ordered list from highest to lowest rank based on Crowd voting to assist in showing the Host or moderator what the Crowd has the most curiosity
about, saving time. The need for a moderator may be entirely eliminated by using CrowdUltra as well.
Questions can be allowed to be asked before, during, after, or some combination of the three. Questions can be asked and answered in audio, video, or written format. Hosts
may also allow Questions to be asked anonymously. Questions can be asked in general as well as to a specific Host or person on the show. Questions can also be marked as
