Channel:
Create a Channel for the virtual occasion to establish an organized social hub. This increases connection, engagement, awareness,
and event attendance. Add additional Channel information with endless customization through our Rich-Text/HTML editor or by embedding
webpages for the Channel and ticketing/merchandise. Add up to
five Co-Hosts if necessary, to provide equal access to the Channel. From here, Crowd Members can search for and
follow the Channel.
Events:
Create Events for any aspect of the occasion such as panel Q&A’s, keynote speeches, performances, and workshops. Events enable organized engagement
surrounding the specific occasion, establish an organized location to provide robust information, and allow the Crowd to stay on top of everything.
Each Event has information including an image, location, date and time, and description. This allows those attending to establish a
unique roadmap or schedule for their day in a list and calendar format. The Crowd can also bookmark the Events they are interested in to quickly access
them. You can enable Event Engagement in several different forms. Events can be made private with a defined pin so only a select group can participate.
Each Event can have additional information including whatever you would like with endless customization through our Rich-Text/HTML editor with embeddable
integrations or by embedding webpages for the Event and ticketing/merchandise. This allows your Crowd to download, listen, or watch content directly in the
platform, purchase merchandise or tickets increasing sales, spotlight sponsors or resources, and much more. Event info can also be reposted to the feed as
a feed announcement. This provides notice regarding the Event to your Crowd and allows them to also repost the feed announcement increasing the level of visibility.
Hosts can record video to Dropbox, broadcast a livestream on YouTube, or embed recorded video within any Event. This allows Hosts to put on virtual or hybrid
events that allow those who cannot physically attend the conference to be a part of the crowd and share video with their Crowd pertaining to the Event. Crowd
Members can view the embedded video/livestream from the list of questions or posts as they engage.
Include panelists, speakers, and guests involved in the Event. Including them spreads awareness to their followers and enables them to be asked questions or
tagged in posts organized within their own dedicated list. If the Guest/Speaker already has a CrowdUltra Host Account linked to the email address entered,
they will be invited to accept the Event from their own list of Events. If they do not have an account, they will be sent an email with a link and login pin
to engage.
If attendees have yet to join CrowdUltra, they can join to engage in seconds using our Quick Join feature. A Quick Join Link and ID are provided for every
Event that can be shared and used to sign up with. Members of the Crowd can also see who else is attending an Event and who they follow that is attending, to
meet up with them or build new connections.
Channel/Event Chat:
Every Channel and Event has a chat for all crowd members, Host(s), and speaker(s)/guest(s) to text message one another. Channel/Event chats enable organized
communication centered around the specific Channel or Event, strengthening connection and increasing engagement while never getting in the way of Event or daily
Feed engagement. Crowd members can also create their own personal group chats with other crowd members for every Channel and Event, allowing for personalized
chatting among friends surrounding the Channel or Event.
Ticketing:
Create and sell In-Person tickets, Virtual/PPV tickets, or both for any Channel or Event. Our easy to use ticketing system offers flexibility and control to be perfectly
tailored for any ticketed occasion. Sell multiple ticket types such as day one and day two tickets or a VIP ticket. Determine the total ticket quantity available,
complimentary ticket quantity available, and how many tickets can be purchased per person.
We are disrupting the ticketing industry by offering the ability to sell tickets with the lowest fees and highest payouts in the industry. We only charge 3% + $1.50 per
ticket transaction regardless of quantity to the buyer, and our payout fee is $1.50 no matter the payout size.

Create customizable badges for any in-person ticket. Badges can have three created fields included on the badge, such as where the attendee is from. Upon purchasing a
ticket, attendees will be prompted to add their badge information, making it as easy on hosts as possible. Ticket badges can be easily printed in three different formats.

Event Q&A:
Conducting Q&A can provide immense value and is often an essential part of an occasion. The standard nature of getting in line or passing around a microphone to
ask a question is impossible for virtual occasions. Other common outlets that are used such as Hopin or Slido are also limited when compared to CrowdUltra.
Questions are displayed in an ordered list from highest to lowest rank based on Crowd voting to assist in showing the Host or moderator what the Crowd has the most
curiosity about, saving time. The need for a moderator may be entirely eliminated by using CrowdUltra as well.
Questions can be allowed to be asked before, during, after, or some combination of the three. Questions can be asked and answered in audio, video, or written format.
Hosts may also allow Questions to be asked anonymously. Questions can be asked in general as well as to a specific Host or Speaker. Questions can also be marked as
answered if they were answered verbally during the Event or dismissed to take them off the list and hide them.
Event Posts:
Allow users to easily post, share, and connect surrounding the occasion. By creating an organized environment that sparks interaction, you increase the effectiveness of
social engagement and connection surrounding the Event.
Enable Event Posts before, during, after, or some combination of the three. Hosts can allow the Crowd to post audio, video, images, links, YouTube/Vimeo videos, or
written posts. Posts can be published in anonymous format if allowed by the Host. This augments the experience allowing the Crowd to share their experience, be creative,
have fun, as well as inform and help others.
Event Posts are displayed in an ordered list from highest to lowest rank based on Crowd voting. Every post can be responded to by Hosts and Guests/Speakers. They can
respond with audio, video, images, links, YouTube/Vimeo videos, or in written format. Posts can also be highlighted to spotlight to the Crowd as a whole
or dismissed and removed from the list.
Event Call-Ins / Meet & Greets
Participate in Call-Ins or Meet & Greets with your Crowd.
Allow your Crowd to join an ordered queue or submit their conversation topic for you to pre-screen. Engage with one or more members of your Crowd through audio or video chat.
Once the conversation is over, remove them from the chat and automatically be linked with the next Crowd member in the queue or select the next interesting topic.
The audio or video chat can also be recorded to Dropbox or recorded and livestream broadcast to YouTube.
Additional Features:
We provide many other additional features, including sending emails to all followers and exporting follower information. Hosts can send email announcements to all followers
of a specific Channel or Event. Hosts can also export information about their followers including their name and email so they can reach out beyond the platform.
Daily Feed:
The daily feed is designed to enhance engagement by enabling you to communicate in a powerful way and extend awareness. Unlike other social platforms, we give
you access to 100% of your following instead of <1-10%. We do not advertise on
our feed or have algorithms manipulating viewership and effectiveness.
Q&A sparks conversation and encourages the conversation to continue. Ask daily questions to your Crowd in audio, video, or written format. Answer questions from
members of your Crowd in audio, video, or written format.
Create polls to engage, receive feedback, and learn from your Crowd. Add the poll question and up to five poll answers. Polls may be asked to all of your followers
or more specifically to Channel followers, Event followers, or both. Crowd members may only respond once and will see the result percentages upon responding.
