Today’s episode of The Moore You Know Podcast features Ricky Lundell who is credited with being the youngest North American to receive the rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He wrestled at Iowa State for Cael and Cody Sanderson, being the 1st D1 Wrestler to ever be recruited having only jiu-jitsu/submission grappling experience.
He is now the head wrestling coach at Bishop Gorman High School and has also coached UFC fighters including Jon Jones, Travis Browne, Frank Mir, Dan Hardy, Miesha Tate, and Carlos Condit.
