The 30A Songwriters Festival Is The Best & Biggest Charity Music Festival
The 30A Songwriters Festival has one of the most diverse and biggest lineups any music festival offers.
Making it even better, the festival is also a major fundraiser for a local non-profit that champions the arts. The 2023 30A Songwriters Festival is set to take place
January 13th-16th at multiple venues throughout South Walton Florida.
The festival offers a vast lineup of artists to see at beautiful boutique settings while also enabling attendees to take part in improving the local region.
The 30A Songwriters Festival has been held annually since 2010, featuring established touring acts
in various genres along with up and coming new singer songwriters emerging on the national stage. Over the past twelve years the festival has become undoubtedly the
biggest and most prestigious songwriters festival in the country, winning many national accolades with sell-out crowds every year. The event is co-produced by Russell
Carter Artist Management and the Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County. While most festivals are for profit, 100% of the festival’s net proceeds support CAA’s
mission to advance the arts in Walton County Florida. Through leadership, advocacy, funding, programs, and education, CAA provides accessible opportunities for all levels
of artists and art lovers. The festival will also feature an auction to bid on items like a 30A Songwriters Festival Commemorative Guitar from Driftwood Guitars and
original artwork from local artists.
Over 250 artists will be performing throughout the four day weekend at more than thirty indoor venues, ranging from intimate settings to large amphitheaters. Every
venue is located along the 30A resort corridor on the Gulf of Mexico in Northwest Florida.
The entire lineup has yet to be announced, but
you can expect the festival to be filled with amazing acts. Past performers include Jackson Browne, Brandi Carlile, Brian Wilson, Emmylou Harris, Leon Russell,
Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Cheap Trick, and Lee Ann Womack. There are six confirmed headline acts so far that will be playing the outdoor amphitheater stage on Saturday
and Sunday. The 2023 30A Songwriters Festival headliners are Mavis Staples, Chris & Rich Robinson (the Black Crowes), Dawes, Jenny Lewis, and Rickie Lee Jones.
