Frances Arnold Named CrowdUltra Awards Top 5 Science Speaker

Frances Arnold has been named one of the top five science speakers of 2022 by the CrowdUltra Awards. Frances Arnold is “an internationally recognized American scientist and engineer. In 1993, Arnold conducted the first directed evolution of enzymes, which are proteins that catalyze chemical reactions. The uses of her results include more environmentally friendly manufacturing of chemical substances, such as pharmaceuticals, and the production of renewable fuels. She was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2018.”
