We recently wrote about Crack Amico being the new comedy rapper you must check out. For those who are unaware, Crack Amico was spawned on the Real Ass Podcast about six months ago. While the concept may have started as a joke, Crack Amico is a legitimately talented rapper with great lyricism and flow alongside true comedic talent and timing. He has gone viral with songs making fun of comedians including Brendan Schaub and Whitney Cummings, receiving hundreds of thousands of listens in less than six months. Now Crack has just released his first full-length album entitled White Trash Jesus.

White Trash Jesus is a twelve song album that includes his first five singles. The album cover is on brand with Crack Amico featuring a menacing smile in an American Flag bandanna with Jesus’ crown of thorns on top of it and a Marlboro tucked in the side of it. The new seven songs are dope and show how versatile Crack Amico is as a rapper. There is a mix of heavy trap and technical lyrical flows, with top-notch producers on every song. He also has songs dedicated to Zac Amico who inspired Crack Amico and the Legion of Skanks, as well as a freestyling cypher remixing Mobb Deep’s Shook Ones with three former Crack Amico contestants.

Every song includes a comedic element to some extent, but unless you’re listening to the lyrics carefully, most songs appear as normal great quality rap music. This is what makes Crack Amico truly unique compared to comedy rappers of the past. He’s a real deal rapper showcasing his talent while also infusing his humor into the music.
